Your engine’s vital parts could benefit from reducing the rate at which deposits build up and stick to them over time.1
JET ULTRA PREMIUM UNLEADED
JET ULTRA Premium Unleaded can help get more performance out of your petrol engine compared to regular JET fuels. It doesn’t just clean the engine more effectively than JET regular unleaded, its higher octane formula could also improve acceleration and give you a smoother drive.2
JET ULTRA PREMIUM DIESEL
JET ULTRA Premium Diesel can help make your diesel engine cleaner than regular JET diesel, and more effective overall – it’s the diesel fuel your engine would choose.1
Here’s some expert answers to the most common questions about JET Premium Fuel
Why are dirt and deposits being created in my engine?
When a car engine runs, fuel is injected into the combustion chamber, where it mixes with air. This process, called combustion, creates carbon deposits that can stick to your engine’s vital parts. If you think of your engine like your car’s mouth, then this natural carbon build-up is a bit like plaque on your teeth.
How can I stop dirt and deposits from forming in my engine?
JET ULTRA Premium Fuels are specially designed to deep-clean dirty engines and prevent deposits from building up.1
How can I stop dirt and deposits from forming in my engine?
To make energy to drive your car forward, all fuels undergoes a process called combustion in the engine which creates these carbon deposits and dirt. JET ULTRA Premium Fuels are specially designed to deep-clean dirty engines and prevent deposits from building up.1
What is loss of performance?
As these dirty deposits build up, they can have a knock-on effect on your engine’s performance. You might find your acceleration isn’t what it used to be, there’s a loss of overall power or an increase in emissions.
How does JET ULTRA Premium Fuel clean my engine?

What does the higher-octane (RON) in JET ULTRA Premium Unleaded mean?
You might be more familiar with the term “Super Unleaded”, the common name for higher RON fuels.
RON (Research Octane Number), is the standard measure of a fuel’s performance. Essentially, the higher the number, the more compression the fuel can withstand and the better the performance.2
Because Regular JET Unleaded has a minimum RON of 95 and JET ULTRA Premium Unleaded has a minimum RON of 97, you can use JET ULTRA Premium Unleaded where you can use Regular JET Unleaded. Some car manufactures recommend the use of higher-octane fuel.

In petrol, this is normally ethanol, which may be derived from a variety of renewable feedstocks. Petrol with a 95 RON (like our Regular JET petrol) contains up to 5% ethanol. JET ULTRA Premium Unleaded, with its minimum 97 RON, is ethanol-free unless filling up in the Yorkshire and Humber Region, Teesside area or Scotland, where it contains 5% ethanol.
