1. How do I enter the prize draw? Visit a JET Local petrol station in Great Britain, fill up your vehicle, and stop fuelling at a price ending in £0.70 (e.g., £23.70). Pay for your fuel, and then take a photo showing the price on the pump display, post it to your Instagram Story, and tag @JETLocalUK.

2. What’s the prize? One lucky winner will receive a brand-new Toyota Yaris Cross Hybrid in Juniper Blue, valued at £26,065. Insurance and electric charger not included (electric charger is not needed for the prize car model).

3. Who can enter? The competition is open to GB residents (excluding British Islands) aged 18 or over with a valid UK driving license. You’ll also need a public Instagram account and internet access.

4. Do I need an Instagram account to enter? Yes, you will need a public Instagram account and internet access.

5. Can I enter more than once? Yes! You can enter with different unique prices ending in £0.70. However, each entry needs a new fuel transaction, receipt, and photo.

6. What do I need to keep for proof? Hold onto your itemised receipt showing the exact price you paid and date within the competition period. Make sure your receipt shows you paid for your fuel before entering/posting your Instagram story.

7. When does the competition run? Entries are open from 12:01 AM on 11 November 2024 to 11:59 PM on 1 December 2024.

8. How will the winner be chosen? A random draw will select one winner from all valid entries within ten working days after the competition ends.

9. How will I know if I won? JET will contact the winner via Instagram. Make sure your Instagram settings allow messages from anyone.

Prize Draw Full Terms & Conditions

1. This Prize Draw Promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) (excluding the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Shetland islands or any other British Island (together “British Islands”)) aged 18 or over at the time of entry with a valid UK driving licence. Employees of the Promoter, their families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners), its agents and anyone professionally association with this Promotion are excluded from entering.

2. Purchase is necessary. Retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase before the time of entry but within the Promotion Period, as this is required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. Internet access and a valid public Instagram account are required. Valid UK driving licence is required to claim Prize.

3. Promotion Period: Enter between 00:01 GMT on the 11 November 2024 and 23:59 GMT on the 1 December 2024 inclusive.

Fill up your vehicle with the required fuel, either petrol, diesel, JET Ultra petrol or JET Ultra diesel and stop fuelling so your fuel pump lands on a price ending in £0.70, for example £23.70. Purchase the fuel, then take a photo clearly displaying the full price on the screen, log onto your Instagram account (or create one for free) and share the photo on your Instagram story, alongside tagging @JETLocalUK to be entered into the Prize Draw.

5. Further Entry details:

a. There is no maximum number of entries permitted per social media account during the Promotion Period. Each entrant will receive one (1) entry per unique price, for example an entrant may enter with £23.70 and £24.70, but they could not enter twice with two (2) photos of £23.70.

b. Only entries which include a price ending in £0.70 exactly will be accepted.

c. The photo must clearly display the full price on the screen. Entrants must retain their receipt which matches this exact price paid.

d. One itemised receipt per entry. Entrants will be required to provide an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase, as this is required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. The date and time on the receipt must be before the entrant has made their entry, but within the Promotion Period.

e. Each photo used must be unique.

f. The photo must not be edited, tampered with or manipulated in any way, including but not limited to digitally and by AI.

g. Entrants must keep their profile on a public setting and ensure their account settings have all filters turned off to allow messages from anyone for at least one (1) month following the end of the Promotion Period in order to be contacted should they be a winner.

h. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.

6. Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:

a. are in breach of the Terms & Conditions;

b. contain any content that is offensive, harmful, objectionable or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication including with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, or which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;

c. contains or refers to any unauthorised third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;

d. promotes any political agenda;

e. contains any content which has been created by an AI tool or which has been influenced by AI.

7. The Prize: There will be one (1) winner who will win one (1) x Toyota Yaris Cross Hybrid car in Juniper Blue worth £26,065. The vehicle colour will be dependent on stock availability at the time of winner confirmation. Insurance and electric charger will not be included.

8. Winner Selection: One (1) provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. Reserve provisional winner(s) will be selected if required under Clause 10. For your total confidence, the Prize draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, an independent party, within ten (10) working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

9. Further Prize Details and Conditions:

a. The winner must be aged 18 or over at the time of entering the Prize Draw.

b. The winner must have and must show a full driving licence valid in the UK. In certain circumstances the Promoter may waive this requirement where the winner can show (to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction) that the winner is unable to drive due to a disability or medical condition but wishes to own a car for a carer to use for the winner’s benefit.

c. The winner will be asked to prove they are a resident of the UK, excluding British Islands.

d. The winner will be required to provide an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase, as this is required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize.

e. The Prize will be available for home delivery on mainland Great Britain (England, Wales or Scotland excluding British Islands).

f. The Prize does not include insurance cover or an electric charger.

g. Maintenance, services and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the date of ownership. This date will be confirmed with the winner in writing following winner acknowledgement of the Prize.

i. Any photos depicting the Prize on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual Prize may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the product being offered as Prize.

j. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the Prize.

k. The winner will not be able to re-sell the vehicle for 3 months following delivery. Should the winner wish to sell during the first 3 months, they must obtain the written consent of the Promoter by emailing jet@isobel.com.

l. When the winner is communicating with the Promoter and when collecting the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to withhold the Prize if the winner fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or acts in

a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Whilst accepting the Prize the winner must not: be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the Promoter withholding the Prize.
m. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.

10. Winner Notification: The provisional winner will be contacted via the social media account used to enter within seven (7) working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility (including receipt as proof of purchase). Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner and accept the Prize. If the provisional winner (i) does not respond to the initial contact made via the social media account within 14 days; and/or (ii) does not provide evidence of identiy and eligibility as required, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond, which will be communicated in their notification email.

11. Prize Acceptance: The confirmed winner will be notified to arrange fulfilment of the Prize within 28 days of the winner being  confirmed (the “Notifiaction Date”). In the unlikely event that a winner has not responded to facilitate arrangements for the fulfilment of the Prize within 28 days of the Notification Date, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.

12. Provided no objection is received from the winner, a winner list containing the surname and county of residence of the winner will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available upon sending a request via email to jet@isobel.com. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.

13. The Promoter may request that the winner participates in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

14. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process, including by editing their entry or using another entrant’s photo.

g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

15. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, unless express consent has been given by the Promoter, and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another prize for it, of equal or greater value.

16. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to Instagram.

17. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Instagram, and Instagram is not responsible for any element of this Promotion.

18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss whether direct or indirect and whether or not foreseeable (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

19. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

20. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. 21. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

22. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

23. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

24. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
