Prize Draw Full Terms & Conditions

1. This Prize Draw Promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) (excluding the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Shetland islands or any other British Island (together “British Islands”)) aged 18 or over at the time of entry with a valid UK driving licence. Employees of the Promoter, their families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners), its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion are excluded from entering.

2. Purchase is necessary. Retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase before the time of entry but within the Promotion Period, as this is required for entry validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. Internet access, email address and mobile number are required. Valid UK driving licence is required to claim Prize. The winner must also participate in a photoshoot with the car to accept the Prize.

3. Promotion Period: Enter between 00:01 BST on the 20 October 2025 and 23:59 GMT on the 9 November 2025 inclusive.

4. To Enter: Visit a JET Local fuel station in Great Britain (excluding British Islands), spend a minimum of £10 on fuel (either petrol, diesel, JET ULTRA petrol or JET ULTRA diesel) and take a photo of your receipt. Then, visit co.uk/journeyjackpot, complete the online form to provide your details (full name, email address and mobile number), your purchase details (date of purchase, value of fuel charge paid and JET site postcode) alongside uploading a photo of your receipt to be entered into the Prize Draw.

5. Further Entry details:

a. The photo must clearly display the full price on the receipt. Entrants must retain their receipt which matches this exact price paid.

b. One entry per unique itemised receipt. Entrants will be required to upload an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase, as this is required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. The date and time on the receipt must be before the entrant has made their entry, but within the Promotion Period.

c. Each receipt used must be unique.

d. The photo must not be edited, tampered with or manipulated in any way, including ‘but not limited to’ digitally and by AI.

e. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.

6. Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:

a. are in breach of the Terms & Conditions;

b. contain any content that is offensive, harmful, objectionable or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication including with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, or which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;

c. contains or refers to any unauthorised third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;

d. promotes any political agenda;

e. contains any content which has been created by an AI tool or which has been influenced by AI.

7. The Prize: There will be one (1) winner who will win one (1) x 2025 Toyota Yaris Cross Icon Hybrid car in Juniper Blue (metallic paint) worth £26,495. The vehicle colour will be dependent on stock availability at the time of winner confirmation. Insurance and electric charger will not be included. The Prize also includes a photoshoot with the winner and the car upon collection of the car.

8. Winner Selection: One (1) provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. Reserve provisional winner(s) will be selected if required under Clause 10. For your total confidence, the Prize draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, an independent party, within five (5) working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

9. Further Prize Details and Conditions:

a. The winner must be aged 18 or over at the time of entering the Prize Draw.

b. The winner must have and must show a full driving licence valid in the UK. In certain circumstances the Promoter may waive this requirement where the winner can show (to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction) that the winner is unable to drive due to a disability or medical condition but wishes to own a car for a carer to use for the winner’s benefit.

c. The winner will be asked to prove they are a resident of the UK, excluding British Islands.

d. The winner will be required to provide an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase, as this is required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize.

e. The Prize will be delivered to a JET service station close to the winner’s home address.

f. The Promoter will request the winner participates in promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prize, free of charge, and that the Promoter is permitted to use their name and images in promotional material.

g. By entering this Promotion, all entrants hereby grant the Promoter (or the Promoter’s designee) the exclusive right to film, tape, sound record and photograph all their activities in connection with the Promotion and the Prize. Everything filmed, taped or recorded by the Promoter (or the Promoter’s designee) shall be known as “Footage”.

h. All entrants hereby irrevocably and unconditionally assign to the Promoter with full title guarantee (and by way of present assignment of present and future rights) all intellectual property rights in any “Footage” throughout the world for the full unexpired period of such rights and all renewals, reversions and extensions of such period as may be provided under any applicable law throughout the world.

i. By entering this promotion, the winner grants the Promoter the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, publicly display, perform, transmit, exhibit and reproduce their name, statements, video, voice, recordings, interviews, photographs or other visual or audible representations or likeness, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other material, including without limitation, text, photographs or images in any medium (whether now known or hereafter invented) including, but not limited to the internet and other electronic and social media and for any and all purposes, publicity, promotion, packaging and trade throughout the world without restriction as to manner, frequency or duration of use or any other purpose whatsoever in connection with this Promotion. The winner further agrees that all materials produced pursuant to the rights set out above shall and will remain the property of the Promoter.

j. The Prize does not include insurance cover or an electric charger.

k. Maintenance, services and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the date of ownership. This date will be confirmed with the winner in writing following winner acknowledgement of the Prize.

l. The Prize will include Toyota warranty for 3 years from the date of collection. The winner may also be eligible for additional Toyota warranty for up to 10 years if they exclusively allow Toyota to service the car. For full details on this scheme, see toyota.co.uk/owners/toyota-warranty.

m. Any photos depicting the Prize on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual Prize may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the product being offered as Prize.

n. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the Prize.

o. The winner will not be able to re-sell the vehicle for 3 months following delivery. Should the winner wish to sell during the first 3 months, they must obtain the written consent of the Promoter by emailing jet@isobel.com.

p. When the winner is communicating with the Promoter and when collecting the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to withhold the Prize if the winner fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or acts in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Whilst accepting the Prize the winner must not: be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the Promoter withholding the Prize.

q. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.

10. Winner Notification: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address and/or mobile number provided upon entry within five (5) working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility (including receipt as proof of purchase). Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as the winner and accept the Prize. If the provisional winner (i) does not respond to the initial contact made via their email address and/or mobile number within 14 days; and/or (ii) does not provide evidence of identiy and eligibility as required, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond, which will be communicated in their notification email/notification contact via their mobile number.

11. Prize Acceptance: The confirmed winner will be notified to arrange fulfilment of the Prize within 14 days of the winner being confirmed (the “Notification Date”). In the unlikely event that a winner has not responded to facilitate arrangements for the fulfilment of the Prize within 14 days of the Notification Date, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.

12. Provided no objection is received from the winner, a winner list containing the surname and county of residence of the winner will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available upon sending a request via email to jet@isobel.com. The winner can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.

13. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or the provisional winner through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process, including by editing their entry or using another entrant’s photo.

g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

14. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, unless express consent has been given by the Promoter, and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another prize for it, of equal or greater value.

15. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.

16. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss whether direct or indirect and whether or not foreseeable (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

17. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

18. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: JETlocal.co.uk/privacy-policy/. 

19. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

20. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

21. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

22. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
