Prizes will be issued to site operators — either the dealer (for dealer-owned sites) or the Service Station Operator (for company-owned sites) — who may choose how to distribute the value among staff and decide the number and denomination of gift cards, totalling £500. 1. Winning Location: In the ‘JET Journey Jackpot Promotion’, entrants will enter the postcode for the JET Local fuel station where they spent a minimum of £10 on fuel to enter. The JET Local fuel station where the winner made their purchase will automatically win 1 x £500 Love2shop e-Gift Card. 2. Most Entries by Region: All JET Local fuel stations on mainland Great Britain will be divided into 6 regions. In each region, the JET Local fuel station which is the Entry Location for the most JET Journey Jackpot Promotion entries will automatically win 1 x £500 Love2shop e-Gift Card. 3. JET Staff Photo Prize Draw: JET Staff photos that are submitted during the JET Journey Jackpot Promotion will be entered into a Prize Draw and three JET Local fuel stations will win 1 of 3 x £500 Love2shop e-Gift Cards. Promotion Full Terms & Conditions

 1. This Promotion is only open to staff employed at JET Local fuel stations in mainland Great Britain during the JET Journey Jackpot Promotion Period (“JET Staff”) (England, Wales and Scotland) (excluding the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Shetland islands or any other British Island (together “British Islands”)) aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

2. No purchase is necessary. Internet access and email address are required for entry into the JET Staff Photo.

3. Promotion Period: Enter between 00:01 GMT on the 20 October 2025 and 23:59 GMT on the 9 November 2025 inclusive.

4. To Enter: Entries into Winning Location & Most Entries by Region will be based upon the results from the JET Journey Jackpot Promotion which the Promoter will be running during the period 20 October 2025 and 9 November 2025 inclusive (the “JET Journey Jackpot Promotion Period”) (and to which separate terms and conditions apply), (the “JET Journey Jackpot Promotion”).

a. Winning Location: In the JET Journey Jackpot Promotion, entrants will enter the postcode for the JET Local fuel station where they spent a minimum of £10 on fuel at (their “Entry Location”) to be entered into a prize draw. The JET Local fuel station where the winner made their purchase will automatically win a Winning Location Prize.

b. Most Entries by Region: All JET Local fuel stations on mailand Great Britain will be divided into 6 regions (see Annex 1 for breakdown of regions and stations).. In each region, the JET Local fuel station which is the Entry Location for the most JET Journey Jackpot Promotion entries will automatically win a Most Entries by Region Prize.

c. JET Staff Photo Prize Draw: The site operator of the JET Local fuel station — either the Dealer (for dealer-owned sites) or the Service Station Operator (for company-owned sites) musttake a photo of a minimum of 1 member of staff at a JET Local fuel station wearing a JET Journey Jackpot promotional t-shirt with promotional materials clearly displayed and email it to connect2jet@p66.com with the name of the participating JET Local fuel station and reply to the follow up email with confirmation that all JET Staff in the photo agree to the terms and conditions, during the Promotion Period be entered into the Prize Draw.

5. JET Staff Photo Prize Draw Entry Terms and Conditions & Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:

a. are in breach of these Terms & Conditions;

b. contain any content that is offensive, harmful, objectionable or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication including with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, or which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;

c. contains or refers to any unauthorised third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;

d. promotes any political agenda;

e. contains any content which has been created by an AI tool or which has been influenced by AI.

f. A site operator must have obtained consent from anyone featured in the photo (including JET Staff) in order for the entry to be valid.

g. All JET Staff in the photo will be required to give their permission for the entry submitted for the JET Local fuel station to be used by the Promoter without further compensation, over and above the award of the prize, for up to one year for promotion purposes from the date of entry. Copyright will remain with the JET Staff. The JET Staff will further be required to agree to the Promoter publishing these entries on their website and possible further use on their website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or other social media platforms. The JET Staff in the photo will be required to confirm and agree to the above in the follow up email sent to the site operator.

6. A maximum of 1 entry is permitted per JET Local fuel station into the JET Staff Photo Prize Draw during the Promotion Period. No JET Local fuel station can win more than 1 Prize type (1 x Winning Location Prize, 1 x Most Entries by Region Prize and 1 x JET Staff Photo Prize Draw).

7. Winner Selection:

a. Winning Location: Once a winner has been selected in the JET Journey Jackpot Promotion, (within 5 working days of the 9 November 2025) their purchase details, including their receipt, will be verified. Once the winner has been confirmed and the prize accepted, their Entry Location will be confirmed as the Winning Location Prize winner.

b. Most Entries by Region: Once the Promotion Period has ended, the Promoter will confirm the total number of JET Journey Jackpot Promotion entries made per Entry Location. In each region, the Entry Location with the most entries will be deemed the provisional Most Entries by Region There will be six (6) Most Entries by Region winners in total.

c. JET Staff Photo: Three (3) provisional winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. Reserve provisional winner(s) will be selected if required under Clause 10b. The Prize draw will be conducted by a random computer program within five (5) working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

8. The Prizes:

a. Winning Location: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win one £500 Love2shop e-Gift Card.

b. Most Entries by Region: There will be a total of 6 winners, 1 per region. Each winner will win one £500 Love2shop e-Gift Card.

c. JET Staff Photo Prize Draw: There will be 3 winners. Each winner will win one £500 Love2shop e-Gift Card.

9. Further Prize Details and Conditions:

a. The winners will receive their Prizes via email. Prizes will be awarded to the site operator of the relevant winning JET Local fuel station — either the Dealer (for dealer-owned sites) or the Service Station Operator (for company-owned sites)The site operator may choose how to distribute the total prize value of £500 in Love2shop e-gift vouchers among staff and decide the number and denomination of gift cards, provided the total value does not exceed £500.

b. The Promoter is not liable for any Prizes once distributed/dispatched to a site operator winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any Prizes not received, broken or lost in transit. The Promoter will not be responsible for how the site operator chooses to distribute the total prize value of £500 in Love2shop e-gift vouchers among staff and shall have not  liability to any JET Staff for the site operator’s decisions.

10. Winner Notification:

a. Winning Location and Most Entries by Region: The site operator of the relevant winning JET Local fuel station — either the Dealer (for dealer-owned sites) or the Service Station Operator (for company-owned sites) will be notified via email and/or via telephone call within five (5) working days of Winning Location Winner Selection or Most Entries by Region Winner Selection, as applicable. If the site operator does not respond to the initial contact made via email within 14 days we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same winner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond, which will be communicated in their notification email.

b. JET Staff Photo: The site operator either the Dealer (for dealer-owned sites) or the Service Station Operator (for company-owned sites), will be the provisional winner, and  will be contacted via the email address used to enter within five (5) working days of JET Staff Photo Prize Draw Winner Selection. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as a winner and accept the JET Staff Photo Prize Draw Prize. If a provisional winner (i) does not respond to the initial contact made via email within 14 days; and/or (ii) does not provide evidence of identiy and eligibility if required, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond, which will be communicated in their notification email.

11. Prize Delivery: The confirmed winners will be notified to arrange fulfilment of the Prize within 14 days of the winner being confirmed (the “Notification Date”). In the unlikely event that a winner has not responded to facilitate arrangements for the fulfilment of the Prize within 14 days of the Notification Date, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.

Prizes will be issued to the site operator of each winning JET Local fuel station — either the Dealer (for dealer-owned sites) or the Service Station Operator (for company-owned sites).

12. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winner will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available upon sending a request via email to connect2jet@p66.com. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.

13. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process, including by editing their entry or using another entrant’s photo.

g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

14. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, unless express consent has been given by the Promoter, and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prizes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another prize for it, of equal or greater value.

15. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry email address.

16. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss whether direct or indirect and whether or not foreseeable (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

17. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

18. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: JETlocal.co.uk/privacy-policy/.

 19. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

 20. By entering the JET Staff Photo Prize Draw, entrants and JET Staff featured in the photo will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All JET Local fuel stations participating in the JET Journey Jackpot are also bound by these Terms & Conditions for Winner Location and Most Entries by Region.

21. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

22. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
